Kevin Calmenson – Commercial Real Estate Broker

Kevin is the founder, broker & CEO of Seaside Commercial Real Estate. Seaside CRE exclusively provides commercial real estate tenant & buyer representation services. He started his career as a commercial real estate researcher and later made a move into brokerage in 2009. He began specializing in tenant/buyer representation exclusively in 2011 which has been his sole focus ever since.

Helping business owners and new entrepreneurs secure favorable lease & purchase terms is Kevin’s passion. He takes pride in streamlining the leasing or purchase process by analyzing his client’s needs to determine the most effective strategy and options. He’s successfully assisted a diverse variety of business owners in over 500,000 SF of office, industrial and retail transactions.

Kevin is a licensed real estate broker and SDSU alumni where he studied real estate finance and graduated with distinctions in his field. He’s a San Diego native and lives in Point Loma with his wife, son and English bulldog, “Conan”.
